Shoreline Sauna (Lyme Regis)
On the corner of Sandy Beach sits a cedar cabin with a clear view down the Jurassic Coast. Timber warms fast, the stove holds clean heat, and steam rolls off the stones in a soft wave. The door opens to sand. The sea sits ten steps away.
The cadence is simple: heat, sea dip, rest on the bench outside, then back in. Communal sessions run in hour-long blocks with five or six to a room; private hires suit small groups who like an unhurried rhythm. Full moon evenings carry an extra pull.
